The Samsung Nexus S from the big manufacturer, replaced Nexus One by a stiff, black plastic housing. Samsung created a device, at 130g which feels fantastic in the hand. The difference between the Galaxy S series and the Nexus S is that, Nexus has a Contour Display. The 3.5mm headphone jack and microUSB ports have been moved to the bottom, to keep the top as thin as possible for the curved screen. It got a front VGA camera and the back camera, has a LED flash with its 5 MP lens.
It has 480×800 pixel display, a 1Ghz Hummingbird processor, 512MB RAM, 16GB internal memory storage, WiFi, Bluetooth, compass and NFC (Communicator). This Nexus S runs in the version of Android 2.3, and is very fast. But the microSD card is absent in this handset. It seems like Samsung felt that including 16GB internal storage, and just 1GB for applications storage was enough for its Nexus.
