Samsung have announced that their upcoming latest D8000 and D7000 LED TVs will support video streaming to smartphone devices supporting Android. The unbelievable 'TwinView' technology was first introduced on Samsung C9000 LED TV which became as the TV itself. It is featured with a touch screen through which you could browse TV channels while watching an alternative channel or even a DVD on the main screen. The function of remote control units goes with Samsung's 'smart hub' technology. The 3” touch screen includes a virtual QWERTY keyboard for typing search terms for browsing the internet via connected TVs.
The Samsung Galaxy 10.1 and Galaxy S2 mobile phone will be TwinView compatible via downloadable Android application. Samsung D8000 and D7000 LED TVs and the downloadable android will become available in the UK from April and price has yet to be confirmed.
